I graduated from Duke University in 1976 and received my law degree in 1980 from the University of Florida where I was a member of the law review.
I began a general law practice in Durham in 1980 and started doing bankruptcy work in 1983. In 1990, I limited my practice to representing individuals and small businesses in bankruptcy. I do not represent creditors, so I will never have a conflict of interest with a creditor when I represent you.
My practice is 100% bankruptcy. It's all I do. I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
